Overcoming Fear
March 27, 2021 @ 8:00 am - 11:30 am
FreeFear is defined as an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.
We face fears at work, at home and in our everyday life. Fear can be paralyzing. It leaves us in a state of discomfort. It limits our opportunities. It puts a stop to our goals and dreams, or at the very least, it slows them down. Fear is a real thing in many of our lives, but it doesn’t have to be.
It’s time to make a change. Learn how to take control of your fear instead of your fear controlling you. Learn how to overcome fear in your life and move closer to becoming the best version of yourself!
Get the most out of yourself, your co-workers, your employees, your family and your friends by choosing to not let fear rule over you any longer.
Key Takeaways:
- It takes time to overcome our fears, but it’s not impossible
- When we hold on to fear, we turn something from a possibility it may happen to a promise it will happen
- As we leave our comfort zones, we step into the opportunity zone
- We need to lean into what fear is trying to teach us
