DESCRIPTION:Dr. Burrs is a board-certified Healing Touch Energy Medicine Practitioner specializing in stress relief techniques and relieving the effects of trauma. Dr. B’s energy medicine practice is primarily a distance healing practice. Linda designs and delivers targeted and successful curriculum for coaching interventions and development programs including an online school\, Dr. B’s School of Executive Coaching; all designed to measurably improve personal\, leadership and organizational performance. Her experience\, enthusiasm\, and high energy provide the foundation for your memorable\, life-changing\, inspirational experience. \nDr. Linda Burrs is the President and Principal Consultant of the Step Up to Success Consulting firm\, home of Second-Generation diversity training. Her consulting firm focuses on leadership and organizational strategies for leaders\, teams\, and individuals. \nDr. Burrs served as a former Program Director for the Emerging Leader Program at the University of Dayton’s Center for Leadership and Executive Development. In that role\, she designed curriculum and developed programs for the Emerging Leader program. As a former faculty at the University of Phoenix Cincinnati campus\, Dr. Burrs facilitated courses including: Organizational Behavior\, Management\, Transformational Leadership\, Cultural Diversity\, Mediation and Conflict Resolution and Human Resources Management. She was an adjunct faculty and guest lecturer at McGregor’s School of Business for students in the MBA program. Linda has served as Executive Advisor for the LexisNexis African American Network and as a managing partner for the Dayton Diversity and Inclusion Partnership (DDIP).
